All monies are due at the time of the 1st initial service.
Appointments must be scheduled in consecutive weeks.
If any weekly appointment is missed, all services are forfeited for that week, unless the appointment is rescheduled within the same week of the missed appointment.
Services cannot be substituted for additional services.
